  • Wendy Goldberg

    Founder & President, BGF

    Wendy is the Founder of BGF and hosts BGF's Sundays with Wendy podcast. She takes the healing arts seriously as a Reverend and Reiki Master and can often be found in a studio continuing the study of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. Wendy is President of W. C. Goldberg & Co., PC, and since graduating from Old Dominion University in 1996, her entrepreneurial spirit has led the way as a CPA and trusted business advisor.

  • Sheetal Ajmani, MD

    Medical Advisor, BGF

    Dr. Sheetal Ajmani has advanced knowledge of clinical pediatric medicine, including well-child care, neurodevelopment, vaccine delivery, and acute and urgent care. She demonstrates leadership in clinical settings, cross-functional teams, business strategy, and coaching peers. She is the Founder of Radiant Living Institute, creator and host of “Essential Self-Care” podcast, and co-author of Doctoring Better, the Amazon best-selling book featuring 11 top physician coaches who share their journeys through medicine and life.

  • Larissa Trinder

    Assistant VP, NYC H+H

    Larissa Trinder is responsible for stewarding NYC Health + Hospitals’ collection of more than 7,500+ works of art, the largest such collection in New York City, as well as creating and implementing programs for patients, staff and the community that utilize the arts as a tool in healing. Before joining H+H, Larissa worked for more than ten years at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia, in philanthropy and creating programs to integrate the arts into the hospital system.

  • Kelly Burroughs

    Embrace Counseling

    Kelly began serving Jewish Family Services as CEO in September 2018. Prior to moving to Virginia Beach, Kelly was Vice President of Clinical Services for Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Southern Arizona, in Tucson. Her work helped shape local and state policies related to human services systems. Prior to her role at JFCS of Southern Arizona, she provided clinical and administrative supervision to advocacy and behavioral health programs serving thousands of people in Southern Arizona.

  • Asa Jackson

    Artist, CAN Foundation

    Asa Jackson is an American artist, curator, and director based in Virginia. As a multidisciplinary artist, Jackson’s work explores the cross section of textile from various countries, peoples, time periods, and personal histories. He is the co-founder and executive director of the CAN Foundation, a not-for-profit arts organization in Newport News, VA, with a focus on building sustainable careers for the creative class and engaging communities through artist development, arts education, and public projects.

  • Meredith Strand

    Sentara Brock Cancer Center

    Meredith Strand is the Regional Director for Sentara’s Oncology Service Line. She has oversight for the Sentara Brock Cancer Center, a $93.5 million, 253,000 sq ft facility that opened in June of 2020. Meredith has a strong interest in improving “whole person care”. In 2022, Meredith lead the development of the Carrillo Kern Center for Integrative Services at the Sentara Brock Cancer Center.
