Mitzvah Projects

Logan Smith

On January 29th, 2022, Logan Smith became a Bar Mitzvah. For his Mitzvah Project he collected board games and monetary donations to benefit the Benjamin Goldberg Foundation Playroom and other children's cancer facilities in the Hampton Roads area. Logan and his family love to play games and they know firsthand how beneficial they can be for children and families "stuck" in the hospital. Logan is passionate about bringing joy to those who need it.

Ella Goodove

On June 5th, 2021, Ella Goodove became a Bat Mitzvah. For her Mitzvah Project, she chose to collect coloring supplies and crafts.  The generous donations and goods she received directly support the Benjamin Goldberg Playroom at CHKD.
